You agree NOT to:

• Use WebPulse to scan websites you don't own or have permission to audit.
• Resell or redistribute scan results without attribution.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or quota restrictions.
• Use automated tools to scrape data from WebPulse.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

WebPulse is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Scan results will be accurate or up-to-date.
• The service will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebPulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
